Eve Organics Makeover at Gluten Free Gateway

FREE Product Wednesday - Champagne Eyeshadow

This week's FREE Product Wednesday giveaway - Champagne Eyeshadow goes to Evelyn in Mt. Pleasant, MI.  Evelyn ordered some sample foundation colors a few weeks ago.  She called me after she had a chance to try them. 

Evelyn started out by mentioning that she had so many different mineral foundations by different companies that her dresser was completely covered in jars.  She was searching for a color that matched her skin tone.  Evelyn is asian and has a hard time finding foundation that isn't too pink or cakey looking on her face.

After trying the sample of our Medium Golden Foundation, Evelyn called to tell me how her husband even noticed how great her skin looked!  She's finally come to the end of her search!

Honestly, I was afraid to try the loose mineral foundation because I just couldn't imagine how it couldn't make my face look flaky because I had such dry skin.  I read your instructions in your blog on how to make the minerals a liquid so I thought I'd give it a try.

I loved it!  Now that I have been using it as a liquid, I stepped out on a tightrope and actually used the loose minerals once to see how it looked.  I can't believe that it didn't make me look dry!  I don't even mix it into a liquid anymore.  My face looks healthy and not dry just using it loose.

FREE Product Wednesday - Skin Optimizer Exfoliating Scrub

I recevied a call from Cindy in New Baltimore, MI last week.  Cindy said she just had to call to let us know that she ran out of her Eve Organics Foundation (in Creme Brulee) while on vacation, so she went to CVS and bought some Cover Girl or some other brand of foundation to hold her over. 

When she got back to the hotel and applied the new mineral foundation, she started itching almost immediately.  And after looking in the mirror, realized her complexion looked very "powdery", unlike the experience she had with Eve Organics.

The "kicker" she said, was that after she looked at the ingredients list (which admittedly she didn't do before she bought it), she threw it away and went the rest of vacation without foundation.  Talc, methylparaben, propylparaben and fragrance, all in her simple mineral foundation. 

Afterall, she was where it was warm and did have a little color.

What is the Benefit of Green Beauty Products?

Using green beauty products can benefit you on different levels. 

 

1.  The most obvious would be that your skin will become healthier looking and probably not be as prone to breakouts as it would with chemical laden beauty products. 

 

I received a Christmas card from a customer I met earlier in the month of December at one of my "Dirty Dozen Ingredients" presentations.  Kaye brought her daughter into Eve Organicsto get a surprise makeover a couple of weeks before Christmas.  She looked so beautiful; she was just glowing when she left here.  In less than 2 weeks I received a beautiful card with this message:
